Lantana Gem® Compact 'Yellow Topaz'

Lantana Gem® Compact series is some of the most superb breeding in lantana, marrying heat tolerance with big bloom impact.  This series offers short plants with great branching that garner multiple blooming heads from transplant until the first heavy frost.  'Yellow Topaz' is a unique white bloomer with bold yellow central blooms offering a different color combination.  There are more yellow blooms on this one than on 'Yellow Diamond'.  A great choice for containers, planting long drifts, and for attracting butterflies.

Fertilizer & Water: Incorporate compost or an all-purpose granular feed into soil prior to planting.  Fertilize every two weeks with an all-purpose liquid feed.  Our favorite is fish emulsion.  Water in deep when transplanting and allow the soil to dry between water applications   After transplanting supplemental water is usually only needed during periods of drought.
