Refund policy

Plants:
Our plants are guaranteed to arrive alive!  All orders not arriving in good condition should be reported to us within five days after arrival. Any plants not arriving in good shape will either be reshipped or refunded. Since, plants are perishable items we cannot accept traditional returns

E-mail all returns to sales@streambankgardens.com and we will send you instructions on how to return your products.
