Cauliflower Plants

A snow white cousin of broccoli, cauliflower, is another popular cole crop that is typically consumed fresh, but is also a major ingredient in many cooked recipes.  Cauliflower is a good source of protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium and phosphorus, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium and manganese.

Our stocky cauilflower plants are grown in 2.5" plugs (root ball 1" across by 2.5" deep) and are at least in the four to six leaf stage; if not slightly larger.  Our live cauliflower plants are guaranteed to arrive alive.
