Kale Plants

Kale is a very popular green and grown worldwide.  The origin of kale is a mystery due to the dispersal of kale culture throughout the world and improper records in earlier civilizations.  Today kale is well respected for its nutritional qualities.  Kale plants are rich in vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C, and manganese.  In smaller amounts you will find calcium, magnesium, folate, B vitamins, vitamin E, iron, phosphorous, potassium, and zinc.  The taste is slightly bitter with a distinctive taste only describable as "kale".  An easily grown plant that is highly productive and perfect for cut and come again gardens.

Our stocky kale plants are grown in 2.5" plugs (root ball 1" across by 2.5" deep) and are at least in the four to six leaf stage if not slightly larger.  We guarantee our tomato plants to arrive in good condition or we will replace or refund your money.
