 'Rosa Bianca' is an Italian heirloom eggplant that produces medium sized white fruits with a rosy blush. The mild flavored fruits offer creamy interiors which are very delectable.

Fertilizer: Apply an all purpose fertilizer at planting.  We prefer organic for better soil health.  Fertilize weekly with a liquid fertilizer, like fish emulsion, if growth is slow.
