Napa Cabbage Plants
Bilko has us jumping on the napa cabbage train. This unique cabbage variety has prominent white stalks leading the pristine mid-ribs into the savoy leaves. A crunchy favorite and short-day to harvest variety with a lot of flexibility in the garden planting schedule. This variety can be successfully grown in spring or fall due to its high resistance to fusarium yellows and clubroot. We use this type in coleslaw, stir fries, and/or fresh eating in salads. If you don't like the cabbage taste give this one a try as it is much milder and lacks the sulfur vibe.
