Portulaca Campino® Twist Red

Portulaca 'Campino 'Twist Red'  brings a much need flare to the portulaca world!  The bicolor blooms, strong growth habit, and long bloom period make this annual a sure winner! The succulent foliage of portulacas makes them drought tolerant and easy to grow.

Bloom Time: From planting until frost, heavy bloomer

Soil Type/pH: Well-drained/5.5-7.0
Hardiness Degree: 32° Fahrenheit
Fertilizer: Low need. In the landscape incorporate compost or an all-purpose granular fertilizer into soil prior to planting.  In containers feed once a month with an all-purpose liquid feed.
Water:  Low need.  Water in after planting.  Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings.  Landscape plantings don't normally need supplementation other than in drought conditions.  Container plants are best watered when top inch of potting soil is bone dry.
