Tatsoi is an Asian green that is in the mustard family, but has a very mild taste like spinach. Popular in Asian cuisines tatsoi is primarily used for stir fries, and fresh in salads. The creamy texture is accented nicely by licorice flavored vegetables like fennel and parsnips.
