Echinacea Double Scoop® Mandarin

Echinacea Double Scoop™ Mandarin is a fully double echinacea in the most beautiful shade of muted orange or mandarin.  This compact beauty erupts in early summer with single blooms that quickly get their fluted center blooms to achieve their double status.  The blooming display is one of constant changes and multiple shades of orange.  A stunner for the mid-border.  A stop spot for butterflies and hummingbirds.

Fertilizer:  Use an all-purpose granular fertilizer at planting and reapply in early spring yearly.  We prefer organic formulations as they normally last longer, especially in sandy soils.  Coneflowers also love compost with 1"-2" spread over soil and worked in prior to planting being beneficial for keep the soil moist and to hold onto fertilizer.  You can reapply compost every spring at an 1" depth making sure not to cover the crown of the plant.
