Rainbow Mix, is an eye catching mix of reds, yellows, oranges, and, whites.  This improved mix exhibits vigor, hardiness, and bolder colors than other similar mixes.  The stalks are crispy and make a colorful substitute to celery.  The leaves are a great substitute for spinach when the weather is hot or anytime of the year for that matter.  Great for cut and come again green patches.  We harvest this particular mix from early spring until the ground freezes in late fall/winter and then again the following spring.  They just keep growing!
