Silver Scrolls, is a hardy heuchera that offers silver leaves with green and purple veining.  Newly emerging leaves are a dark purple.  The undersides of the leaves are a wine red.  The leaf color is enhanced during the cooler temperatures of fall and winter. Sprays of white flowers are borne above the plants in late spring and early summer.  Great for shade gardens, mass groundcover plantings, and container plantings.  Drought tolerance once established.

Fertilizer: If using compost apply an 1" at planting time and side dress annually in late fall or early spring.  If using a granular fertilizer(we recommend organic formulations) apply an all purpose formula in early spring annually.  It is only recommended to use liquid fertilizers when the growth is slow.
