Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster' Plants

Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster' Plants

'Karl Foerster', is a tidy grass that has rich green blades and creamy white/pink flowering heads in mid-summer that turn amber as autumn approaches.  This bunch grass has a tight upright habit making it a popular choice in professional landscapes for years.  It never grows outside of its circular pattern which makes it an easy fit in the garden.  A choice landscape plant for erosion control, screening an area (outdoor room), and for planting long drifts.  A long-lived perennial that grows best in well drained soils.  Can be grown in containers with well-draining potting medium.  Also, attractive as a solitary plant or spacing multiple plants out like pillars in the garden.
