Cabbage 'Late Flat Dutch', is an heirloom that has been in cultivation since the 1800's. This large cabbage is a vigorous grower that sports heads of 10-15 lbs. The heads are flat topped, have tight wrapper leaves, and short cores. Requires a long growing season but worth the wait. Popular variety for making sauerkraut.
