Spring Shipping (Plants) Spring shipping for most plants is after the last expected frost date for your area. If you would like plants earlier or later specify in the order form comment box, otherwise we will not ship until the last suspected frost date for your area. We will notify you on exact ship dates by e-mail. The only exceptions to the above frost scheduling is onion, leek, cole crops, and perennial plants. These plants can ship anytime within the given schedule dates in the above shipping schedule.

Summer and Fall Shipping (Plants) Summer and Fall shipping of plants is normally done shortly after the order is placed (unless otherwise stated on our availability or if we halt shipping due to weather related conditions).

|
Returns All returns are accepted fourteen days after shipment arrival date on all plants. No questions asked. We will gladly refund in the form of another plant, a credit to Streambank Gardens, or a monetary reimbursement.

Damaged Shipments In the event you receive a damaged shipment please contact us within the first couple days of arrival, so we have enough time to resolve the damages with the carrier. In these rare cases we reimburse our customers with another shipment, a full credit to Streambank Gardens, or a total refund of order.
