- Harvest when stalks become of size preference to you, by either pulling plants or cutting
the stalks.
- Just cutting the stalks will lead to more stalk production and more harvests from each
plant throughout the growing season.
- Leaves can also be harvested and dried for flavoring.
- Plants left to over-winter in garden will set seed the following year.
- Allow seed heads to dry in the garden before harvesting.
